This information fair will provide resource materials and assistance for families dealing with Alzheimer's and Dementia. The movie "Glen Campbell's I'll Be Me" will be showing twice, once at 4:00 p.m. and again at 7:00 p.m. Our special guest will be Dr. Daniel C. Potts, neurologist and co-author of A Pocket Guide for the Alzheimer's Caregiver and The Broken Jar. The event will be hosted by Lakeside Hospice. Concessions and T-shirts available for purchase!
