Grassroots Day

GrassRoots Day on Saturday May 18 is rapidly approaching. We at the Lodge are very busy getting everything READY for you to have a wonderful day with us in the country. Vendors continue to book!  So if you are a vendor and want to book a space, DONT DELAY. CALL 256-362-9375 and leave a message with BECKY. She WILL RETURN YOUR CALL!
In addition to Arts and Crafts vendors, we will have a lodge full of a variety of mediums of fine art. 
Food will be available from Donnie Miller who has plans to have hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bbq sandwiches,, a bbq plate with two sids, tea, 
bottled water and more!  There will also be a full lineup of Entertainment during the day. 
Of course we will be having the ANTIQUE CAR SHOW that is always a part of our GrassRoots Day. Come see these fantastic cars of the past restored to their showroom beauty. And, if that?s not enough for you, this year we are going to RAFFLE OFF TWO FULLY COOKED, PECAN SMOKED BOSTON BUTTS. These butts have a precooked weight of 9 1/4 pounds EACH!  That?s a lot of smoked Boston Butt. Tickets for the raffles are $1.00 each.
Drawings for the winners will be at two different times during the event. 
There will also be a 50/50 drawing AT SOME POINT DURING THE EVENT. TICKETS for 50/50 drawing are also $1.00 each.

All money raised goes toward restoration projects at the lodge, a 501c3 non-profit organization.
