Event Description:
Talladega County ServSafe Certification Training will be offered at the Talladega County Extension Office, 130 North Court Street in Talladega.  The class includes 2 full days of instruction and the certification exam.  Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe Certificate.  The ServSafe program is approved by the Alabama Department of Public Health FDA Food Code.  The class is for Managers, Cooks, Chefs, Wait Staff, Supervisors, Owners and Food Handlers.
